By downloading, installing, or using GateGuide, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
GateGuide provides:
Indoor maps and turn-by-turn navigation within airports.
Crowdsourced data including security wait times and crowd levels.
Flight tracking, gate information, and boarding alerts.
Restaurant, shop, and amenity discovery near your gate.
The Service is provided "as-is." We cannot guarantee all information is always correct or up-to-date.
You may create an account using email, Google, or Apple sign-in.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to:
Submit false or misleading information.
Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service.
Harass or harm other users.
Use automated tools or bots to access the Service.
By submitting reports, reviews, tips, or photos ("User Content"), you:
Grant ELV Services, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display your content within the Service.
Represent that you have the right to submit such content.
Acknowledge we may remove content that violates these Terms.
The GateGuide name, logo, design, and all associated content are the intellectual property of ELV Services, LLC. GateGuide™ is a trademark of ELV Services, LLC.
GateGuide may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
ELV Services, LLC shall not be liable for:
Missed flights, incorrect gate information, or inaccurate wait times.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the Service.
Interruptions or errors in the Service.
GateGuide is a navigation aid. Always verify critical information with your airline and airport displays.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting admin@gateGuide.io
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ohio.
