Our Story
We're on a mission to help every traveler navigate airports with confidence, powered by a global community of travelers.

It started at LaGuardia Airport. Again. Our founder, Jimi Vanderpool a frequent flyer who should absolutely know better spent a solid 20 minutes wandering the terminal trying to find the American Airlines Lounge.
Wrong turns, bad signage, mild cardio. Zero lounge. That's when it hit: why is finding a gate, lounge, or decent coffee in an airport harder than it should be? If experienced travelers are getting lost, everyone is.
GateGuide exists to end the wandering a real-time, traveler-powered guide that helps you find lounges, shortcuts, and the fastest paths through the terminal without losing your mind.
We believe every traveler deserves to navigate airports with confidence, no matter how complex the terminal.
No more guessing how long security will take or where to find food near your gate. We provide real-time, accurate information.
Our crowdsourced model means you're getting updates from travelers who are actually there, right now. Real data from real people.
We're committed to making airport navigation accessible for families, seniors, people with disabilities, and first-time flyers.
We believe every traveler deserves to navigate airports with confidence, no matter how complex the terminal.

We'd rather say we don't know than give you wrong information.

Every user contribution makes the experience better for everyone.

Complex technology, dead-simple interface. That's the goal.

Building for travelers everywhere, in every language.
